hello, please help me to choose a suitable license.
I am an HR consultant who wants to make a job portal (like indeed etc.) using WordPress. so I decided to purchase the WordPress theme with bundled plugins from ThemeForest like Careerfy for WordPress. I have the candidate’s data as well as the employer’s data. I will offer a paid subscription/membership to the employer or company to access the candidate’s data which I have.
also, I’m going to make paid packages on the website for candidates as well as for employers for my services.

Can I do it under a regular license?

Hello, In case if you are collecting payments from customers then you need to required extended license.

Yes, you can. You don’t need “Extended license” to use the theme and sell the service.

I have asked the author of Careerfy theme through comments. they told me that I need only a regular license to use the product fully. I can sell my services through the website in the form of packages.and I can charge the employers to post the job on my website.
Should I go for it?

As per license policy You need to Extended license. You can check Envato license faq’s.

Extended license is required if you’re going to re-sale the template/item. When you’re just selling the services by using the template/item, regular license is enough.

Example: If you were using a 3d model of a sword for a game and you could only get the sword by buying it, you’d need the Extended License. If it was the starting weapon that even non-paying users could use, all you’d need is the Regular License. If your website requires money (whether upfront or a revenue share) from some or all users in order to use or access the item features as incorporated into the site, you’d need the Extended License.

Please note that payment for a service or product that is separate from the item or website does not require the Extended License.
