have you checked the theme options settings for galleries. Is there any settings to on/off the download button.
Otherwise please go to theme comments page ( link provided above by @unlockdesign ) and ask their support there.

Hi,

The download option for the gallery will be in the Thumbnail settings in Elementor Pagebuilder if you’re referring to the Thumbnail gallery.

If this does not solve it then let us know through theme support for us to help.
