I want to get a refund for a theme. but I am not using the card I bought at the moment. Can I change or learn the card information to be returned?
It will only be refunded to the method/details used to purchase it - that’s the same with just about any refund in any marketplace.
You can ask support but this is to prevent fraud so it’s unlikely that it can be altered Envato Market Help and Support
