Can I change an incorrectly made payment to monthly subscription?


I am writing to ask Envato Helpdesk staff about the incorrectly carried out payment that I made just now.

About 30 minutes before, I made some purchases on Envato Market. Then I found out that I mistook my boss’s order.

He wanted me to take out a monthly subscription and download the graphic resources and others later.

Is there a way I could correct this situation?
