Hi,
I know batter webdesign and workingBut better team. But I can not work themforest. Someone suggest me to buy quality psd mock up.

Can I buy any psd document form themforest and convert it html Then submit it on here?

In regular license you can’t use the psd for your any premium Item. But using Extended License you can but you must have to get approval from the Original Author of the PSD.

Hello,

normally you can’t do it. you have to get permission from that PSD/Main author or you can make a partnership with him if Main/PSD author agreed.
