Can cms in themeforest publish templates for Chinese language?

All cms theme in themeforest support English language by default.
Ex: joomla: We made joomla themes in english, if you want to use it for Chinese you can use our theme, you have to install your language joomla pack

Even I have a query! Our eCommerce marketplace cater oversees clients. We have a multi-lingual website and our planning to change our website theme. Will the themes if the themeforest offer multi-lingual compatibility? We tried a free theme in our sandbox site and it was conflicting with a third-party module that we are using: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/marketplace-creation/21669-knowband-prestashop-multi-vendor-marketplace.html
Can you confirm if your themes will be compatible with this one and other plugins of our store?

You have to contact theme author directly which theme you like, I think some theme made with multi language compatibility.
So better you can contact to theme author and ask your theme support multi language compatibility?
