Can client on themeforest pay a certain amount to author?

Hello,

I have a query that, Can client on themeforest pay a certain amount to author?
like $50 for theme customization. Also If yes, another query is themeforest will be deduct any amount from this amount ($50) ?

Any agreement (outside of using envato studio) will be between the buyer and the author - envato won’t get involved
