Can a Author create multiple account for multiple categories?
Like WP themes , Html Templates , Admin Templates , Niche Business Templastes?
You can but it won’t be a good idea. It’d be easier to use one account so you can get better commission rate after sales
Agree with @ki-themes. But why would you create multiple accounts to submit items in different categories. You can submit items into all these categories from one single account.

You would need to own absolute rights to do so although I’m pretty sure that most reviewers now discourage it entirely
