Callista, a Real Estate Elementor Template Kit from @deTheme has several issues.

Hi,

We purchased Callista, a Real Estate Elementor Template Kit from the author @deTheme.

We face 4 main (important) issues:

We cannot edit the header from the template homepage.
We cannot save widgets as global widgets.
The design (css) is not the same as in the demo. We use the WP Astra theme.
The import of the template kit breaks the overal design (css) of the website and makes it super slow.

Can someone help us out?

The product has been bought from Envato elements and not Envato market.

So the 3 methods that are mentioned in the link can not be used.

You should know that Envato Elements does not offer support.

My recommendation is that you download EnvatoElements articles only if you have advanced knowledge so that you can do it yourself in the face of any difficulties and incompatibilities.

If you do NOT have advanced knowledge, my suggestion is to buy it from TF. and you will receive support for 6 months.

Or in any case you can also hire a freelancer at EnvatoStudio.

Hello,

Note that template kits only contain the template design data and images. All functionality etc is coming from Elementor and the plugins you are using which may have separate support outlets.

Just a few tips for working with Elementor:

  1. Headers are edited from the header template. In deTheme kits this is typically via Elementor Pro under Templates > Theme Builder

  2. Saving as globals is not a function of the kit, it is a function of Elementor.

  3. Astra or other themes may load styling that overrides or interferes with the kit. Ensure the kit styles are loading under Elements > Installed Kits by importing the Global Kit styles, otherwise switch to Hello Elementor theme

  4. The kit cannot slow your website, but unoptimized assets or plugin conflicts might. Please contact Elementor support for help with troubleshooting builder issues:
