Buyers with only Purchased badge but no Supported badge?

Hi,

On the item comment section, I’ve noticed that some buyers have both Purchased and Supported (or Support Expired) badges while some other have the Purchased badge only.

Do you know what does it mean for those who have only the Purchased badge? How can I know the available support period of them?

Buyers with only “Purchased” badge have purchased your item before launch of Item Support Policy in Sept-2015 and have never purchased support extension after its launch. Hence, you don’t need to support them.
