Buyer threatening to put negative reviews if no refund issued - What should I do?

Hmm, never refund those users!
My cases:

  • Refund or 1* -> Declined -> Report Envato to remove 1* -> success
  • Refund because mistaken purchase -> Declined 3 times -> success
  • Refund because can’t install after 10 months!! -> Declined -> Report Envato to ban user -> success
  • Support expired, ask for support or 1* -> Declined -> Report Envato to remove 1* -> success

We authors need to fight!
