Hello i want buy a Video Media (Single Use) License…can i use this media for my single music creation on youtube ? What does it mean “1 clients” ?

It means you can use it in one end product. The word “client” is mentioned in case you are just the designer who creates a video for a client, it means you can only use it for one client or 1 job, basically. You are not allowed to use the video again for a different product, a different client or a different job.
