I am trying to activate my Butter Theme Plugins. The instructions say the code will be in the downloads, but I cannot find it. I can’t find any way to get support to find out what to do. I would hate to have to return the theme since it is unusable. Any help you can suggest would be great.

Please go to your Downloads page (www.themeforest.net/downloads), click download, choose “License certificate & purchase code (PDF)” and you will find your purchase code in that PDF. please check https://prnt.sc/mceygc
One thing I would like to make clear if you are talking about theme bundle plugin then please check this:
Theme Bundled plugins do not have their own licenses. This means they cannot be activated for updates.
All bundled plugins update responsibility is the theme’s author. So you can safely ignore any plugin activation messages. Just always download the theme latest version to get latest update plugins.
