You need to be very careful about resubmitting previously hard rejected items without significant change - this is not allowed and can result in your account being banned.
The concept is very out dated in what is probably the most competitive category on all the marketplace
The typography esp font choices in particular on the subtitle to the company and individual name is not good
The inconsistent details between name, email, web etc. feels confused
The margins esp to the outside edge are very narrow and the co tact info feels quite squashed. Where are the bleed lines on the design?
Personally I doubt the peel/shadow effect on the back would work once printed
