Broken install following purchase

I have just purchased the Moderno theme from Drupalet. The downloaded zip extracts with errors on my PC and on my server. The theme is unusable. The theme claims to offer support. Nothing happens when you click on the link.

I cannot install the theme and cannot request support. I would like a refund. Can someone please advise how I go about this?

A refund will (typically) not be approved if you don’t contact support first. You should always check the Envato site for the support link rather than any links in the theme.
