broken cart fails order

I just had a failure on the cart.

I ordered 2 products

and the cheaper

both showed in the cart correctly but when i completed the purchase and went to go download them the one was gone and i suddenly had two of the first item.

the system is causing this issue. i want a refund or the second item corrected and the balance refunded as this is unacceptable
