Hi there. I am making a new programme for Channel 4, for which we have someone designing some graphics for us. He would love to use one of the elements here as a small part of the graphics build but I am not 100% sure on the licensing terms for this.
Am I correct in thinking that, for the time the programme is to be broadcast, we would need to continue the subscription on top of applying for the license?
If someone could clear this up for me I’d very much appreciate it.
