Bridge theme stop pages from fading in and out

Hi, suddenly our wordpress page (Bridge theme) has started fading in and out every time a new page is clicked from the menu. No preloader plugins or similar are installed. We mainly use WP Bakery to build the site. I have tried disableing preloader using custom CSS: #preloader{display:none !important;} with no effect.

Any idea how to stop pages from fading in and out?
