Bought music for short film, ok for associated trailer too?

Hi, i recently purchased a track for use in a short film that will hopefully show in Indi Film Festivals. Now we’ve done a trailer also and want to use the track there also. Do i need to repurchase for that?

I think you do need to repurchase the track, since your film and trailer for the film is separate things. Good luck with that, by the way, i mean with your movie

Thank you, i think you’re right. will purchase an additional license. It is important to me to respect the artists’ rights.
