Bought a plugin that doesnt work nor is suppoerted, want a refund

I bought YouTube Traffic Pop for WordPress plugin today and to my surprise the plugin doesn’t work and the publisher hasn’t responded to anybody queries in months. I would like a refund and would also request you to pull this plugin from the website. Thanks.
