Borderland theme error - website not functioning

Hello! I have an issue with my website www.horseglogovacation.com and its theme borderland. It suddenly stopped working. I changed it to other theme, but it looks pretty bad, I would really like to have my original borderland theme active. But when I try to activate it I get an error.

I got this email:

One.com support team told me to contact the theme developer in order to fix the issues. Can you help me with it please? I need my website up and with Borderland theme.

Thanks!

Your theme needs to be updated. You need to contact the theme author for the free support ( bug report ) or check ThemeForest > Downloads section if there’s a new update for the theme ( therefor you can update the theme on your website )

Thanks! That’s what I was told before. But when I go to ThemeForest > Downloads I don’t see anything at all, which is strange but I cannot find the theme or its updates there. I was looking for theme’s author but I cannot find any data, I cannot reach the author. Do you know where can I find anything about the author and a way for contact?

You don’t have buyer/collector badge. You have to login with the account you have purchased the theme.

For some reason I cannot find the exact account I bought the theme with. I was wondering - if I buy Borderland theme again now, will I get the newest, updated version and when I install it on my website will my problem be solved?

If you purchase then you definitely get the latest version and also will get support from the theme author. but about your site issue you should to ask it directly to the theme author. You can contact theme author through theme author’s profile page or the theme comments page.

Thanks, I just sent a message to the author. I am asking about another buying because I was told that the problem is that my theme is not updated, so I thought that latest version would probably solve the issue.
