Bootstrap 4 dropped IE9 support

Bootstrap4 released and they have dropped IE9 support but what about ENVATO? I would like to know is there any plan to drop IE9 support on all template and themes? or we still have to give IE9 support?

Announcement: IE9 / IE10 Compliance No Longer Required

This is long overdue, but I’d like to formally announce that we no longer require Internet Explorer 9 or 10 compliance in items submitted to Envato Market. Both of these browsers have dropped to below 1% market share according to most sources. You are free to support these browsers if you choose to, but it is no longer a requirement. Cheers, Stephen

Are authors required to use Bootstrap 4 now ? (it’s still -beta)

Doubt it if it’s still in beta - but maybe check with asking support

You can find a lot new themes with Bootstrap 4 on ThemeForest.
Just provide information that your item doesn’t compatible with IE9 browser.
Also Bootstrap 4 has grid based on “flexbox”
