I own the travel agency and have contracts with more then 200 hotels, I’d like to have hotels (NOT 1 hotel) booking theme, can anyone develop? Imagine small booking.com, same business model.

It is possible but you need to have good budget for such site. You didnt write any specifications but for start you will need to have very good web server who will handle all that.
After that you will need to write detail specifications and based on that specifications I can tell you my price and time frame.
