Hello I’m looking for a way to remove customer information collected as part of the registration process for appointments, that my site has collected. This is for a GDPR, Data privacy request I have gotten.

You will basically need to delete the “appointments” with the “user names” if it’s registered.
This is a custom work and I don’t think you’d be able to find a “out-of-box” solution
