I want buy one theme of envato today and my surprise is that it is not longer available, it’s a little weird because all the themes of this author are not currently available and a week ago they were,

According to @KingDog and others, no. The theme won’t be back. And no, they won’t tell us why. Because apparently, as the patrons who pay their checks… it’s none of our business.
