Blog Questions… make landing page most recent full blog and edit Leave a Reply form...

Hi! We are just setting up a new blog on our site, and I am new to this. I have a few questions…

  1. How can I make the blog landing page show the most recent full blog post (instead of showing all the archives like it does now)? Along with an option to click back to the archives. a) is this possible and b) is it wise to do? illumadrive.com/blog/

  2. When you go into one of the posts (illumadrive.com/first-test-blog-page/), how can I edit the “Leave a Reply” form at the bottom? That font it simple HUGE!
