How do I switch off the possibility to comment my blog? http://malsegeln.de/blog/

I would appreciate to see a gap between the enlared pic when a contribution in my Blog is open, i.e. http://malsegeln.de/die-textur-des-wassers/

I feel there should be about one Zentimetre space between the header and foto.
