Bingo Framework Plugin doesn't work with WordPress version 5.3

Hey guys does anyone know how to fix the issue I am experiencing with
Woody - Furniture WooCommerce WordPress Theme ?
I am using wordpress version 5.3 and Bingo Framework Plugin 1.0.1
Just purchased the theme and the plugin seems to be poorly written.

Pls help if anyone can.

we are unable to contact them . Tried several ways but still no luck. It is paid theme and we have already paid for it and now there is no support at all. We are just stuck . Please help if any one can.
