Trying a place to look for help. Downloaded the theme from envato elements and installed it. Worked perfectly but since WP 5.5 update the theme has broken due to the depreciated codes. I found out that the theme is in Themeforest.net is updated but not in Elements and i wonder how I can get latest copy from Themeforest to work with WP 5.5. Anyone can help? Thanks.

The Elements and ThemeForest downloads come from the same source, so they’ll be the same version - it looks like the descriptions and metadata are out of date on the Elements item listing.
If you re-download the item from Elements, you should have the latest version.
Hi there, downloaded a few times but the version is still outdated compared to the ones in Themeforest.
I am not sure but I think this happened:
When Author update the theme on ThemeForest, the latest files are not automatically added on Elements until author don’t click manually to get the last version also on Elements (to synchronize files). So, may be the the author has forgot to “update” (to synchronize files - one click).
In this case you can go to envato market and contact the theme author and let them know. So that author can synchronize files and fix the version issue.
