i have download the license statement, but i cant find the useid and license key.

anyone can help me on this matter?

I put it in the bjo jon installer form, envato user, i put my envato account, and put the purchase code from the pdf license key that i have downloaded. but still no luck.

cannot continue to install the apps installer, any other suggestion?
