Currently BeTheme 20.2 is installed, registered with valid key, and we need to update (currently 20.4.3). We get the following error message when we attempt to update. Please note that the ‘censored’ code has been inserted to replace the actual key for privacy purposes.

After looking through the message boards, it seems its an issue with the license and it was recommended that we de-register and then re-register. When we try to de-register, we get the following error and are told to contact you:

How do I control the url to licenses? I don’t know of a control panel or dashboard option. Please help. Thanks.
