You might not find the exact style/color palette you are looking however because themes are generally set up for users to customize the themes themselves. So for example, this theme would work for you (be sure to check out the multiple page variations within the demo)…

…but you’d have to style it how you wanted.
My recommendation to you would be to focus more on the layout you are looking for, knowing that it can be styled/customized however you wish (e.g. a lilac-colored, feminine design etc…).
A good category to begin with would probably be WordPress > Creative as that has a lot of personal blog designs. If you’re still led by the design you’re looking for, I might recommend perusing the WordPress > Weddings category as this has a lot more softer and more feminine designs akin to the example you shared.
