Hi guys

I would like to see what is the best mouse for programmer / coder which goes well with macbook pro in your oppinion

Thx for all suggestions

I think programmer use keyboard more then mouse.

I use any low cost mouse, I don’t care about mouse much ,

But about keyboard love to have Ergonomic keyboard

Stay away from Logitech, you’ll be fine

Cheap mouse, max 4$, so I can break it when I’m rejected.

Why? Any known reasons?

I stopped even trying anything other than Logitech. Using M110 here and felt fine.

The worst experience ever faced was with Apple magic mouse.

Used their Performance MX (Aprox. $90) , left button started to act weird, my hair gone all white, I became a “double click” man, and then I learned this drawback was an issue at all of the MX Models (this means even changing it with a brand new one doesn’t solve your problem). Then I started to scalp massage and bought a cheaper mouse with programmable buttons.

My hair is black again

That's really good idea thanks :D

I use a genius small usb mouse for, like, 8 years, for gaming and everything. It’s accurate as new and cost like $2. I think I’ll cry when it breaks (if it ever breaks), got emotionally attached

But I’d like a mouse with additional button that replaces space so I can easily fly around on canvas in ps.

Nothing special, a cheap A4Tech n500f, about $10 over here.

Keyboard is Genius SlimStar i222, about $15.

This. I used all sort of mouses, until I bought a Logitech M515 (I’ve also used a low-cost Logitech M185 and was kinda disappointed comparing to M515) which IMO, is one of the best mouses available at a decent price, not to mention that is wireless and uses Unifying technology, so I use it with a Logitech K340 keyboard.

Themebros, thx for your post  the keyboard looks good

This is what i use: http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-mice/razer-mamba - pc + http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-mice/razer-deathadder - notebook and the keyboard is - http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-keyboards-keypads/razer-blackwidow-ultimate-2013 - and i am sorry, but anything else just does not work for me. Tried logitech, broke it, tried microsoft and they do not work. So sick of investing in crap just bought these.

Well this is mine http://d.pr/i/kbFy and it’s the best mouse in the world  , still not all it’s functions work on Mac. I think I have it for like 2+ years now, has been through some serious Starcraft battles.

It’s Razer Krait, I think.

I use Steelseries Sensei, I bought at $90 I think. Back to the day that struggling with gaming

Whilst on the move or using my MBP I use my Logitech Anywhere MX, gorgeous little mouse. For my desktop I use the Logitech Performance MX, another gorgeous mouse.

Never had an issue with Logitech, brilliant products.
