Hi,
To be honest I’m a bit lost and i dont really know where to post this message.
I’ve recently bought a template (besmart-moodle) and soon later realised it wasn’t on sale anymore.
Is there any explanation to it ?

Furthermore, I do encounter some issues regarding the menu, I’m trying to add the language drop-down and the user-profile menu to its current state.

Would you have any tips ?

  • So, If you are still on the 6 months time of support, you should contact the author of theme and ask for support.

  • As I see on Envato Request a Refund page you still can ask for a refund even if the theme you bought was removed from the market.

You can choose one options from my list to solve your problem.
