Bellevue theme not compatibel

With an update of Bellevue hotel theme and the requiered Aloha Powerpack plugin my site crashed. If I turn off Elementor Pro or Aloha the site is visible, but only with Elementor Pro plugin de-activated the site works as it should. I needed to change some of the design items.

Are there more issues like mine here?

I already tried everything and contacting Bellevue does not help, they provide no helpdesk if I do not renew my subcription to the helpdesk for six months. I tried that a year before. The answer I got was no solution to my problem then, so no thanks. I will hire a professonal to help me. Thank you for replying to my post.

I’m available for freelance work, if you’d like to work together, you can just send me a message to discuss the details

I have the same problem, I renewed the support period just to open a ticket, but no one answers me! I’m very angry and I’m losing the renewal money and the booking money!

yes! Me also - my entire site crashed and I can’t make a single change due to this aloha powerpack/Bellevue incompatibility! And no updates or anything. Have elementor pro and they looked at it and determined it as the problem - the bundled bellevue/powerpack. The ‘support’ are ridiculous I paid for years and they’ve clearly offshored it they took 4 months to respond to one single issue and Envato were terrible about the whole process. As a result bellevue gave me 6 months more ‘support’ but didn’t extend it online so I can’t post a public ticket - only on email which I’ve been sending for 9 days.
Does anyone have an active subscription to post a ‘public’ ticket to try and shame them into sorting this? Or any other avenues??

As stated…

Hello,
I have the same problem. Indeed it is the Aloha plugin that is not working with Elementor Pro. Too bad to hear that the regular support guy Ryan is not answering, or solving the problem. I am considering to ditch the product. Have been satisfied sind 2019. But this is not good…
