Unfortunately you logo have many issues.
The concept is very weak (there are tones of building /construction free logos allot better then yours)
The icon looks like done in hurry, the proportion is wrong, the shape is unbalanced, you have small elements that become invisible in small sizes, typography doesn’t fit.

hi I am sorry but let’s face it, in the first place there is no real concept and even less originality here … so I guess this is part fo the reason for the rejection. Owing to the shape that u designed , there is also a problem of imbrication if u ask me, as the uneven shape prevents u to run the thing properly and creates some sort of misbalance , too. The typo is very basic and is not abiding by GR’s standards that turn out to be pretty high. Here a lot of effort is asked no matter what is the category that u are belonging to or where u are posting, adding some variations, font combinations, and possible touches of originality will help to generate extra value and more relief , u have to keep this in mind. And as all details matter and that the preview is not a small deal indeed - as this is indeed the interface between u and your work and the reviewer and potential buyer - it stands to evidence that the preview is too compact and not really valuing your work and item
