Be Theme purchase code

Hello,
I just started maintaining the site tuinjoop.com. It has the Be theme installed, version 20.9.5.6. It has to be updated to version 21.6.1, but that doesn’t work (package can’t be installed, package is empty).
Also I can’t retrieve the purchase code because I can’t log in to Themeforest. The ownerand the previous developer of the site don’t have the user name or password.
Please advise,

future update download, author support, purchase code download etc features are avaialable only for the original purchaser account. without purchaser account access you will not be able to get those.

Thanks for your reply @mgscoder. I purchased a new license but am still having trouble updating Be theme.
I think I need to register the new theme/license? But how do I do that?
