Bad support from creator?

Hi, I hope I am creating this in the right section.

I recently purchased a theme from a creator that so far is incapable to offer proper support.

Not only that, but all his responses are flat, sending me to pre-recorded videos where the problem is not actually fixed.

What do I do now? Can I look into receiving a refund? Can I look into getting my money back if the product is not actually working ?
