Bad rating on CodeCanyon

Hi Dears. Recently I have updated my plugin on CodeCanyon. Its not jus a update. This is version 2 of the plugin. This is like another plugin with another technologies. But because of bad rating of last version of the plugin now I have 1 star rating. And this version hasn’t any bugs and work perfectly.

How I can upgrade the rating?
Please recommend me.

Hello!

There is a single way to get your customer’s rating improved.

  • Contact the customer (if you have their email - in case he contacted you in the past before rating your plugin) and suggest to update the plugin.
  • In exchange you can ask for a rating modification, if it is happy with the new version.

Contact the customers and ask them why they rated it like that.
