Background Video not visible on mobile device

Hi, I have The Tune - One page music Wordpress theme.
I have uploaded a video to show as background in the homepage.
Although I selected the option “Always visible”, the video is not shown on mobile devices, but only on desktop devices. Could you please help me with this issue?
