Hello! Yesterday i paid 32$ for the support of my theme Photography CropIt – Photography Portfolio Photography Blog & Shop WordPress Theme. After i send the message to the support with the bugs on my website. Soon i’ve got the message from the support. They wrote can not help with my bags, because the bugs in my theme are related to the customization. And offer to me to pay more for the customizatoion 59$. Before i wrote many times about my problems with website, i lose my clients, because when they look my website on mobile version they gone quickly, they don’t understand some options. I did not know the bags in my theme are related to the customization. Please can you give back my money 32$, because you can not help me. Or i’m ready to pay more 27$ for the customization. Please can you help me!!!
