Hi I just purchased HTML template from AVS, and i also purchased 1 year of support. now the it says the template has been removed. what happened here? Is this happen before in envato?

If the item you purchased has been removed and no longer available for download, you may be asking can I get a refund? Make sure you refer to Envato Market Refund Rules to check if you’re eligible for a refund.

Actually more of my concern is the support, I have a pending supports.
