Averta can't give support because my email address has changed after the purchase.

I have purchased the Phlox theme. But I can’t get support for it because my e-mail address changed after I bought it. The old e-mail no longer exists. It was banned by the Austrian authorities after I was hacked. I then contacted the Phlox team via the comments. They have asked me to contact Envato as they cannot correctly assign the purchased licence. As long as the licence is not assigned to the correct email address, I will not receive any support. The new e-mail address is already stored here at Envato. I urgently request your help please.

You gotta follow the suggestion what the author suggested. As purchase code alone may not be enough to request support, you will need to solve the issue with Envato support first.
