Avada update ThemeFusion Patches messed up my website

our website lost the slider (header) and the whole footer went wild
The message in Avada Fusion Patcher says
The ThemeFusion patches server could not be reached. Please contact your host to uncblock the https://updates.theme-fusion.com/domain

we contacted sent a ticket they adjusted but the site still looks like crap

We uploaded it to a new server and same thing // same message

If you’re not looking for a paid support, there’s nothing we can either offer or do. You need to contact them for (free) support and get it solved with them
