Avada Theme - using your own social media icons

Hi folks,
I am wondering how you get your own social media icons to display in the Avada theme header. May be it cannot be done??? Also, I have tried to add an e-mail icon to the same social media icons collection but cannot do this either as there seems to be no provision for this. Oh dear… thanks in advance for your trusty support.:depressed:
