Avada Theme Upgrade

I am the licensed user of Avada 3.4 and I Want to upgrade it. I saw in a note that the Upgrade for the licensed users are free. How could I get my free copy of the latest Avada Theme?

Are you sure you have the theme purchased? Or maybe you purchased it from another account.
