I bought an Avada Theme Fusion 2 years ago and now the Studio Doesn’t work anymore. The message is “Sorry, could not fetch data from server. Please check your internet connection and then refresh the page to retry.” My technical support said there’s no problem in connection and I don’t know how to solve. Someone could help me?

It could be anything causing this. And it could be a corrupt plugin, out of date software, out of date plugins. When you say you cannot renew right now (which that could be for a variety of reasons) then it means that your website is offline I guess. @ki-themes is a respected author who may be able to assist you, but ultimately you need to keep the theme and the plugins up to date.
