Avada showing code on front end in widget area

Hi - I have a widget area that holds shortcode for WOOF product filter. It’s displaying code on the front end above the filter in the widget area - can anyone advise how to get rid of it?

I’m using Avada theme, have tried disabling plugins but nothing works…
