Avada Registeration Problem

I have Avada theme from themeforest/envato market, and downloaded it here: https://themeforest.net/downloads
I try to register the product to get it in use. I have created envato token as you have gave instructions, but why i could not? I have created my token here, because the link directs you there: https://build.envato.com/my-apps. Is this the wrong place?

I,ve got the numberserie and also created personal “token” and tried to type both of these to the "key"place where the token is asked, but neither is valid. Whats wrong? Thank you, I will wait for your answer.

And YES I´m logged into the same account as purchased Avada, when I try this.

Hi,

You have to create token using your purchased item account.

Envato API personal token:

You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made
