We are using Avada and have been for over 5 years. Updated it along with Builder and Core but Theme is showing an error in working with Translate Press Plugin. I really need Translation and have paid for pro version of Translate Press Plugin. Any ideas

We can’t get support from Avada because we do not have the purchase code. We took over this site 5 years ago, but they had purchased it prior to that and no one in the organization has the purchase code. The site is registered with Avada/Theme fusion but they refuse support if we cannot show the product purchase code.
You will need to have an active support period to get the item support. If you cannot extend your support period ( as you stated ) only way is to purchase a new one and replace the code - then you could get some support.
